Paraísos do Brasil, through its parent company, Grupo Erosten, have decades of experience in numerous facets of the property market. The Grupo Erosten began its activity within the real estate development sector of northern Spain in 1986.  Originally, it managed securities of third parties, making numerous investments for those parties in real estate.  1986 marked the year when the Grupo Erosten initiated its course as Joint Developers with other companies in Vizcaya and other areas of Spain, including apartments on Spain’s Mediterranean coast.  They developed apartment complexes in Salou (Tarragona) around the Plaza de Europa; in Cambrils (Tarragona) in the Vilafortuny area; and in Denia (Alicante) where they constructed both apartments and an urbanization of villas.

The focus of Grupo Erosten continued with the development of holiday homes aimed at the international property investor until 1990.  From that year on, they also focussed upon constructing office complexes in Las Arenas and Bilbao (link to Bilbao information/photos), warehouse facilities in the towns of Sondica and Gatica (Vizcaya) while continuing to construct homes in places like Lejona and Gheco (Vizcaya).

As the end of the 1990s approached, Grupo Erosten broadened its interests by investing in the Madrid real estate sector.  They were responsible for several restoration projects in the capital as well as a number of others in Madrid’s environs.  The most impressive of these is located in Sectors seven and eight and led to the construction of over 1,100 homes in the locality of Fresno de Torote, 30km from the capital.

With the onset of the new millennium, Grupo Erosten continued to expand—once again focussing upon the second home international tourist market.  It has purchased a massive 400 hectare plot in the province of Cadiz which will be developed into golf courses, hotels and homes.  They have also continued to develop projects in Vizcaya and also have construction taking place in Cantabria.  Grupo Erosten will also begin a development in Algorta (Vizcaya) in the near future.

However, Grupo Erosten has also turned its vision international, seeking the best investment opportunities outside of Spain.  Through Paraísos do Brasil it is creating the Jacuma Beach Resort Development in Natal, Brazil as evidence of its global vision.  Located on kilometres of sandy beaches in one of the most beautiful parts of Brazil, the Jacuma Beach Resort promises to be a watershed development in the long and successful history of Grupo Erosten.  Comprising of a holiday flats, luxury flats, townhouses and villas and designed with the utmost of care to detail and respect to the environment, the Jacuma Beach Resort is poised to launch Paraísos do Brasil into the pinnacle of the 21st century world property development market.
